This policy briefly explains what personal data SIA “UNIFY IT” collects on this website, why, and how long it is kept. It covers the contact form, the IT environment questionnaire, and cookies.

What data we collect
When you submit the contact form or the IT environment questionnaire, we receive:
- contact details — name, email, phone number and company name;
- the message content or questionnaire answers about your IT environment (for example headcount, infrastructure, current support).
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) load only if you consent to them.
Why we process data, and on what basis
We use contact details and questionnaire answers to reply to your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — processing that is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
For analytics cookies the basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Analytics does not load unless you agree.
Who receives the data
We use Web3Forms to deliver form submissions to our mailbox. We use Microsoft 365 (Exchange) for email and storage. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
If no contract is signed, we keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last contact — or shorter if you ask us to delete it. If we enter into a contract, we keep data for as long as accounting and other legal duties require.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete data that is no longer needed;
- object to processing or ask us to restrict it, where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
